Hamsadhwani ‘s 25th NRI festival of music and dance -Silver jubilee celebrations of the exclusive NRI festival pioneered by our Founder R.Ramachandran will be inaugurated on WEDNESDAY, 18 Dec at 6.10 pm at Youth Hostel, Indira Nagar, Adyar.
Mr Robert G.Burgess Will be the Guest of honour.
The inaugural function will be followed by a dance feature YADHAVA MADHAVA by Guru Madurai R.Muralidharan & Chithra Muralidharan’s Nrithyakshetra Academy of Dance.
As part of the celebrations senior artistes from abroad Iyer Brothers Ramnath Iyer & GopinathIyer, Manickam Yogeswaran, Anuradha Sridhar , Shoba Sekhar and Shankar Ramani, who have performed when the exclusive festival made a modest beginning will be honoured.
The NRI festival features over 50 artistes from various countries USA, Australia, Singapore to mention a few and will include instrumental Veena, Jalatharangam and Bharatanatyam recitals by talented artistes from abroad. The festival concludes on 31 st Dec.
